My geographical insights into NC living are invaluable as I guide my clients through the home buying process. I graduated from New Hanover High School in Wilmington, NC and earned my Bachelor of Science in Communication from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. After college I moved to Raleigh, NC where I founded J. Keller Realty and got my feet wet in real estate, focusing on selling from the Capital to the Coast. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many interesting people through real estate, many of whom I am proud to call friends.

MIKE VOELKERS, NC BROKER
Mike Voelkers is a licensed Real Estate Broker serving the greater Charlotte area. Mike has lived in NC since 1987 and is very familiar with the Ballantyne, Blakeney, Pineville, Waxhaw, Matthews, Arboretum and Providence areas. Prior to getting his real estate license, he worked in the health care industry for ten years and holds a RN license in NC.
Mike comes from a family of German Immigrants who settled in the US just after WWII. He knows the value of working hard for the American dream!
Mike enjoys remodeling and flipping houses and to date has personally overseen seven projects; intimately understanding the process. Mike is a car enthusiast and in his free time enjoys working out and watching Panther’s football.

Sara has recently returned home to the Carolinas, where she was born and raised. After living the last 7 years in Nashville, TN, her family decided it was time to return home. She has a Marketing degree from Clemson University.
Being a mom of three, has kept Sara busy over the last 18 years. Her family moved 5 times during those years and Sara fell in love with all things real estate. Attention to details, organizational skills, and an eye for marketing, helps her support the Aviator team.
During her free time, Sara loves to read (she read 50 books last year), workout, and take her 2 dogs for walks. She is an avid Clemson football fan and loves spending time at the beach with her husband of 22 years.
